Job Summary

Position: Credit Recovery Teachers

Location: Village Park

Effective Date: 7.6.26-7.23.26

Pennsbury teachers are needed to teach in the Credit Recovery program at Pennsbury High School. Credit Recovery is offered to PHS students in need of remedial credits toward the graduation requirements of the district. Courses from the four major curriculum areas (Science (Physical Science & Biology) Social Studies English and Math) Family Consumer Science Business Computer Information Technology (BCIT) and some other electives are offered in the program on an as needed basis. A School Counselor position will also need to be filled.

Teacher Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (May have additional hours the week of 7.27.26 based on need)

Student Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Students attend Monday through Thursday for 3 weeks (7.6.26-7.23.26)

Compensation: $41.86 per hour of instruction.

These certified vacant positions require PA secondary certification in the subject area of the vacancy or Highly Qualified status.
