Who Were Looking For:
MCN Build is fast-paced and steadily expanding and our marketing team is growing right alongside it. Weve recently adopted new AI-enabled platforms and CRM technology to increase speed consistency and insight across our marketing efforts. Were seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Support to help the Business Development and Marketing team execute marketing systems and content across the company. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys process platforms and problem-solving and who is looking for a position with clear opportunity to expand responsibilities as the team grows. The position will support internal marketing operations by maintaining systems schedules and content accuracy across platforms. This position is designed as a growth role starting with core marketing operations and systems support and intentionally expanding into broader marketing responsibilities as the department scales.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain accuracy of marketing systems and content including Unanet (CRM) AI platforms and shared asset libraries
- Upload organize draft and update marketing assets and content within our AI platforms
- Support proposal assembly by preparing resumes project sheets and standard content packages working with other departments
- Help maintain brand consistency across collateral
- Ensure consistency accuracy and version control across marketing materials
- Support InDesign workflows by organizing templates updating text or image changes and preparing files for review
- Assist with CRM data entry and updates in Unanet ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Help update content across platforms
- Follow established processes and flag gaps or inconsistencies as they arise
- Support content requests by gathering materials and preparing them for review and distribution
- Provide supportfor proposal coordination and content development as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field is preferred
- 12 years of experience in marketing coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with marketing systems (experience with CRMs (Unanet) InDesign is a plus)
- Interest in learning marketing systems within an A/E/C environment
- Experience organizing or maintaining digital asset management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established system processes
- Comfortable supporting multiple platforms in a structured environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A positive team-oriented attitude and desire to grow within the company
- Some travel may be required depending on business needs

- Salary Range: $55000 $70000 commensurate with experience.
