We are currently hiring experienced Customer Support Specialists for a leading digital banking project (Spanish market). This role requires a background in banking or financial customer service particularly handling payments disputes and vulnerable customers.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries through chat calls or email aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Manage complex cases from start to finish building trust and providing excellent service.
- Support fraud investigations dispute resolution and complaints handling.
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers escalating where appropriate.
- Provide feedback and coaching to peers to improve processes and training.
- Adapt to changing business needs and work across multiple systems.
What We Offer
- Salary Package: Total Gross Monthly Salary: 776 876 gross/month (with apartment provided only for international candidates) /gross/month (without apartment)
Including:
- Base Salary: 1061 (without apartment) gross x 14 times per year
- Variable Productivity Bonus: Up to 200 per month

Mandatory Profile:
- C1/C2 level of Spanish language
- Minimum B2 level of English language
- Minimum 12 months experience in Customer Service or in banking financial services or insurance with Spanish clients

- Confident handling complex cases complaints or fraud/dispute issues
