Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment employee relations payroll coordination statutory compliance and performance management within the automobile industry setup
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing screening interviewing onboarding)
- Manage employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR documentation & employee records
- Oversee attendance payroll coordination & leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage employee engagement activities
- Handle grievance management & disciplinary processes
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Coordinate training & development initiatives
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations
- Prior experience in the automobile industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices & statutory compliance
