- Minimum 10 years experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience across a range of building projects (commercial residential or mixed-use)

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent technical and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
