Job Summary

RPO Recruitments client a reputable and well-established building contractor in the Western Cape is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong technical expertise and a proven track record across a variety of building projects.

Requirements:

National Diploma in Building/BTech in Construction Management or similar qualification
Minimum 10 years experience in the construction industry
Proven experience across a range of building projects (commercial residential or mixed-use)
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods materials and building regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent technical and problem-solving ability
Effective communication and stakeholder management
High attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
