We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
About the project:
You will be supporting a global company that provides a wide range of products and services to customers. The role focuses on assisting users and ensuring they have a smooth experience while interacting with the companys offerings. You will contribute to maintaining high-quality service standards in an international and dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers across various channels including phone email chat and social platforms.
- Assist with general questions product-related inquiries and basic support needs.
- Maintain a consistent and professional tone in all interactions.
- Forward more complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal specialists to help resolve outstanding requests.
- Organize and manage your assigned workload in line with team guidelines.
- Work within a flexible schedule when required.
- Contribute to reviewing and improving customer support materials.
Requirements:
- Fluency in the German language (must be at least C2)
- At least B2 level in the English language
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
