The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detailand the ability toadapt designs andtranslatesuppliedcampaignsand brand guidelinesinto impactful closely withthesatellitehubteammanaging their own work on the day-to-day running of global/regional campaigns working within specifiedtimeframesand budgets.The right candidate will alsohave the ability toensure quality and consistency of deliverables are met by self-QC.
Reporting tothe Regional DesignertheCreative Artworker works alongside a Global team.
What you will be doing:
- Collaboratewiththe teamtoproduce design/adaptationto the clients brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion includingdigital print andsocial.
- Positively influencing clients with creativeinput
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while adhering to brand guidelinesandproject specificationsina fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Have a strong knowledge of the brand guidelines to act as a brand guardian
- Communicate and presentprojectseffectively to internal stakeholdersincorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs as needed
- Keenly evaluateandmonitorindustry trends and brandsAIresearch industry developments in brandingautomationand marketing
- Proactivityand strong project management skillsteamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly
- Ability to deliver final artwork and toolkits on digital and print-basedmaterial
What you need to be great in this role:
- Equivalent of aBachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field
- 3years of professional experience in designartworkand production
- Solid portfolioshowcasinga range of design work across various platforms with focus onprint
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an understanding of future-facing platforms with a desire to embrace new software and efficiency-led AIplatforms
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple delivery needs right first time
- Appreciation of contemporary photographypositioningand cropping with a skill for basic retouching
- Solidtypographylayoutand technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated) social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook).
- Comfortable creating artwork for a variety of communications material toinclude;Advertising POS Branding and Marketing projects/campaigns
- A team player withgood communicationskills who actively contributes to the teamsknowledge
- Abasicunderstanding of automation softwareand willingness to embracethem
- Working on print-based collateral withgreat knowledgeof branding
- 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Digital
- Artwork
- Print
- Production
- Automation/AI
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
