The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain and Environment Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins this dynamic environment you will have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions all while improving the productivity quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.
What You Will Do:
- Executing the procurement process to ensure continuity of supply for production materials.
- Analyzing and processing purchase requisitions in collaboration with internal clients.
- Preparing and placing purchase orders and creating procurement documentation in accordance with Collins Aerospace internal procedures.
- Managing selected suppliers in line with the companys strategy and global guidelines.
- Building and developing long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Monitoring procurement risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Preparing reports purchasing analyses and process efficiency metrics.
- Continuously optimizing procurement processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Higher education (preferred fields: management economics).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP/ MRP systems required.
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to communicate freely in English and Polish in a professional environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects with specific deadlines.
- Ability to work with data and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results
- Ability to build and develop strong trusted advisor relationships with internal as well as external partners
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
