Crowned Grace International is recruiting a Senior Consultant for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Personnel Service Center (PSC) to manage high-complexity projects conduct detailed research and analysis and ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables. The Senior Consultant will play a critical role in guiding executive-level initiatives for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Personnel Service Center (PSC). This position requires advanced expertise in project management business processes and organizational change management to support strategic objectives. The Senior Consultant will review deliverables provide executive coaching and ensure alignment with operational needs and future system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced project-management business-process and re-engineering expertise to support PSC initiatives.
- Review and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Provide executive coaching and guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with PSC stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs and future system integrations.
- Facilitate meetings and provide strategic communications support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
- PMP certification or DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent).
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or 5 years with a Masters degree or higher.
- Relevant experience includes program and project management meeting facilitation strategic communications and organizational change management efforts.
- Experience supporting the USCG or other government agencies in missions related to national security homeland security or law enforcement is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows including Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Project Microsoft Access Python Office365 and SharePoint. I am running a few minutes late; my previous meeting is running over.
- Ability to learn and utilize USCG-specific program management tools.

Other Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read write speak and understand English.
- Availability to respond to technical issues within four (4) hours of notification during business hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday).

- Effective collaboration with PSC stakeholders to meet operational needs.
- Activities will be carried out in a collaborative environment to ensure solutions meet operational and strategic objectives.
