A well-established packaging and logistics solutions provider is seeking a polished and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to support a Senior Sales Manager and key medical industry accounts. Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison for major medical industry accounts ensuring timely and accurate order processing
- Manage daily client order intake and coordinate closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper fulfillment
- Generate sales orders purchase orders and invoices with a high degree of accuracy
- Support the Senior Sales Manager with account coordination and administrative functions
- Monitor order status track shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients
- Assist with data entry reporting and documentation management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations logistics and accounting teams
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional and solution-oriented communication
Qualifications
- 5 years of customer service experience preferably in packaging manufacturing distribution logistics or a related B2B environment
- Experience supporting fulfillment supply chain or logistics operations from an administrative or customer support standpoint
- Familiarity with generating invoices sales orders and purchase orders (AP/AR exposure a plus; collections experience not required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively to client needs
- High level of professionalism and customer presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems required; SAGE experience strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
