Job Summary

A well-established packaging and logistics solutions provider is seeking a polished and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to support a Senior Sales Manager and key medical industry accounts. With over four decades of delivering high-quality environmentally responsible packaging solutions this organization partners with leading global manufacturers in highly regulated industries.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment understands order fulfillment and logistics workflows and can confidently serve as a primary point of contact for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

    • Serve as a primary liaison for major medical industry accounts ensuring timely and accurate order processing
    • Manage daily client order intake and coordinate closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper fulfillment
    • Generate sales orders purchase orders and invoices with a high degree of accuracy
    • Support the Senior Sales Manager with account coordination and administrative functions
    • Monitor order status track shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients
    • Assist with data entry reporting and documentation management
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations logistics and accounting teams
    • Maintain strong client relationships through professional and solution-oriented communication

Qualifications

    • 5 years of customer service experience preferably in packaging manufacturing distribution logistics or a related B2B environment
    • Experience supporting fulfillment supply chain or logistics operations from an administrative or customer support standpoint
    • Familiarity with generating invoices sales orders and purchase orders (AP/AR exposure a plus; collections experience not required)
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively to client needs
    • High level of professionalism and customer presence
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
    • Experience with ERP systems required; SAGE experience strongly preferred
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
