Job Summary
Hubler Ford is seeking a motivated Quicklane Advisor to join our team in Shelbyville IN. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service while supporting our Quicklane service operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly upon arrival.
- Schedule and coordinate Quicklane service appointments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicles needs and service status.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely service completion.
- Manage work orders process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote a professional environment.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and address customer questions or concerns.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous automotive service or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
