About the Team
The Workday Build Outbound Product Management team is the strategic engine driving the adoption success and evolution of Workdays unified developer platform. While our inbound peers focus on how we build it we are passionate about how the world builds with it! We represent Workdays shift toward an open extensible and agentic ecosystem.About the Role
As an Outbound Product Manager for Workday Integrations you will sit at the intersection of product strategy Inbound Product Management Customer Success and Sales. Workday Orchestrate is the backbone of our open platform initiative allowing customers to build sophisticated cross-application workflows with low-code ease.
In this role you arent just marketing a product; you work with our internal builders and the external developer community. You will become part of the Build toolset and ensure developers have the tools and connectivity they need to extend Workday beyond its traditional boundaries. You will serve as the link between the market and the product team acting as a voice of the customer and developer by translating sophisticated technical feedback and business needs into actionable product insights to improve the product roadmap. You will lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) and evangelism strategy for Workday Orchestrate creating high-impact technical content that empower a developer audience.
Beyond content you will drive direct customer and developer engagement by leading technical workshops and Early Adopter Programs to ensure developers are using our open platform tools to their potential.
