Job Summary

We are actively seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 medical care for a distinguished 80-year-old VIP. This premier role allows you to practice pure patient-focused healthcare while navigating a spectacular Mediterranean cruising itinerary anchoring in iconic ports such as Antibes Mykonos and Valletta.
The Team Exceptional clinical outcomes require a world-class environment. You will be a core member of a fully integrated multidisciplinary medical team residing permanently onboard. The clinical strategy is expertly overseen by our Lead British Doctor and you will collaborate seamlessly with dedicated Physiotherapists and a hand-picked Western-trained nursing unit.
The Safety We never compromise on patient care or the operational well-being of our medical staff. A mandatory double-nurse shift system is permanently enforced onboard. This vital safety protocol ensures that you are never left to manage acute medical scenarios in isolation guaranteeing immediate clinical peer support and promoting a sustainable fatigue-free environment at sea.
The Process We respect your demanding clinical schedule in Galway. To ensure maximum discretion and logistical ease the initial screening and interview phase will be conducted entirely via a secure online platform. You can confidently advance through the preliminary stages of our rigorous selection process without any initial need for travel.
Requirements
Requirements To be shortlisted for this elite maritime medical position candidates must demonstrate:
Education: A Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of rigorous high-acuity clinical experience (Strictly limited to ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Non-negotiable for seamless clinical documentation and patient communication).
Attributes: Unwavering discretion clinical confidence in high-pressure environments and an immaculate professional bedside manner.
