WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
Orms is looking for a driven target-focused Print and Framing Sales Consultant to join our Print Room & Framing team.
This is a sales-focused role for a professional who understands how to convert customer enquiries into revenue build long-term client relationships and grow both retail and trade accounts within the print and custom framing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
ROLE PURPOSE:
The primary objective of this position is to generate and grow sales revenue within our printing and custom framing division while delivering exceptional client service.
You will manage the full sales cycle:
- Client consultation
- Quoting and upselling
- Order management
- Production coordination
- Final delivery and after-sales engagement
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Monthly sales performance
- Conversion rates
- Client retention and repeat business
- Trade account growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Convert walk-in phone and email enquiries into confirmed orders
- Proactively upsell premium print finishes framing materials and conservation options
- Develop and grow trade relationships (artists photographers interior designers)
- Identify new business opportunities within the creative industry
Client Consultation
- Provide professional advice on print media paper types mounting and framing solutions
- Guide clients on conservation framing and presentation options
- Assist with file preparation and print setup to ensure optimal results
- Provide accurate and timely quotations
Order & Production Management
- Manage orders from confirmation through production to final delivery
- Liaise with production teams to ensure quality control and deadlines are met
- Follow internal systems and structured workflows
Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding service aligned with the Orms brand
- Maintain professional communication at all times
- Resolve client concerns efficiently and constructively
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven sales experience (retail or consultative sales environment preferred)
- Experience within print framing photography or creative industries advantageous
- Strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop (essential)
- Working knowledge of InDesign and/or CorelDRAW beneficial
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics
