SOS Personnel is recruiting a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support licensed PT supervision in school-based settings across Christina School District.

This role supports students with physical and developmental disabilities in achieving mobility positioning and access to instruction.

Responsibilities:

Implement PT treatment plans under supervision
Support classroom-based and pull-out therapy
Assist with adaptive equipment and positioning
Document services in district systems
Collaborate with IEP team members
Travel between assigned school sites

Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited PTA program
Active Delaware PTA License
School-based experience preferred
Comfort working with students with complex needs
Strong documentation skills

Compensation:

Anticipated $70$85/hr based on experience
School calendar schedule
Structured onboarding and compliance support
