Job Summary: Functions independently including coordination and facilitation of administrative and clinical activities in collaboration with a supervising physician to provide the following essential functions listed below.

Education Licensure and Certifications:
Eligible for prescriptive authority through the Georgia Board of Nursing and/or Georgia Composite Medical Board. If applicable in setting must have or be eligible to obtain a DEA license.
Nurse Practitioner Masters Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required. Georgia license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse through the Georgia Board of Nursing required. Certification in the area of practice and appropriate for the population served from a nationally recognized certifying body required.
