Location: The Learning Experience Hudson Yards NY
Pay: $85000 $95000 per year
Certification Required: NYS B2 Teaching Certification
- Coach and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality classroom instruction
- Guide consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Conduct classroom observations and provide professional feedback
- Maintain full compliance with NYC Department of Health licensing and safety standards
- Oversee staffing scheduling and payroll coordination
- Monitor financial performance including accounts receivable accounts payable and monthly P&L reporting
- Lead center tours and build strong relationships with prospective and current families
- Drive enrollment growth retention and community partnerships
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives
- NYS B2 Teaching Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of center leadership experience required (2 years preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC licensing regulations
- Proven leadership communication and organizational skills
