- Reporting & Analysis: Skilled in preparing reviewing and analyzing reports for the Management/Business team.
- Meeting Support: Data collection from business heads drafting details preparing minutes handling MD correspondence.
- Organization & Multitasking: Strong prioritization time management and coordination skills.
- Research: Ability to conduct accurate and timely research for Management.
- Financial Support: Assist in expense tracking budget management and financial reporting.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team provide administrative support.
Experience: 2 8 years in pharma (B2B) with strong business acumen.
Qualification: MBA in any specialization.
CTC: Up to 10 LPA.
Threshold Requirement in the Job role (additional but not mandatory):
- Collaboration with executive team for admin support
- Identifying efficiency improvements & streamlining processes
- Handling special projects assigned by the Management.
Expected Output (Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year:
- Accurate and timely reporting & analysis for Management/business team
- Well-prepared meeting minutes & documentation for decision-making
- Effective coordination with business heads ensuring smooth flow of information
- Improved financial tracking & budget management support
