Role Specifics and Benefits: In this Tele RN role youll oversee continuous telemetry monitoring interpret complex rhythm disturbances and determine when bedside assessment or physician escalation is required. Youll perform initial patient assessments administer medications per protocol and coordinate care plans with cardiology teams unit charge nurses and allied professionals. Documentation will be precise and timely ensuring continuity of care across shifts and sites. Youll have opportunities for professional growth within the telemetry specialty including crosstraining in advanced cardiac monitoring participating in quality improvement initiatives and pursuing pathways toward leadership roles on teleunit teams. The compensation package includes competitive weekly pay ranging from $1708 to $1877 with eligibility for a signon or completion bonus and comprehensive housing assistance. We also provide extension opportunities to continue at preferred facilities or explore new assignments that match your goals. Importantly you will receive robust 24/7 support from our dedicated travel team ensuring you have assistance whenever you need it whether youre navigating a new unit adjusting to a new city or coordinating with family back home.
