General Manager Opportunity

As a General Manager youll be the face of our restaurant leading the charge to deliver exceptional hospitality and drive operational excellence. This is a salaried leadership position with performance-based earning potential and well provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed.

Your Role:

Lead our team to deliver exceptional hospitality and drive operational excellence. Youll work closely with our Managing Partner and Culinary Partner to:

Lead daily operations and drive our culture of hospitality and accountability

Coach and develop FOH and BOH teams

Drive guest satisfaction and financial performance

Build a positive inclusive work environment

Ideal Candidate:

3-5 years of full-service restaurant leadership experience

Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations service and financial management

Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing teams

Track record of delivering exceptional results
