Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main product expert for one or more of our global P&O products e.g. related to Talent Acquisition Total Rewards Global Mobility or Employee Survey for internal and external stakeholders in case of technical P&O questions
  • Collaborate with our global IT organization global and local P&O teams to implement new tools processes and integrations
  • Defining business requirements
  • Managing and facilitating user acceptance testing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for functional areas within P&O teams worldwide providing support for rollouts and maintenance.
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple systems
  • Ensuring adherence to global templates and mapping values
  • Conducting audits
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Maintain compliance with governance and policies
  • Identify opportunities and analyze data for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Contributing to the evolution of our People Systems and Operations landscape.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll Recruiting Onboarding Benefits Performance Management and Training).
  • Interest in and affinity for HR tools
  • Minimum of one year experience in HR related systems administration functional support and enhancement development.
  • Excellent communication organizational skills and strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an internal hybrid team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Professionalism: Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; treats others with respect follows through on commitments
  • Excellent English language skills
