What you will do:

Analyze product usage patterns using Posthog and Grafana to steer top-of-funnel growth and existing user engagement.
Design and implement creative technical experiments like embedding product features in SEO content to scale the pipeline.
Define and optimize key performance metrics across the entire sales funnel and develop automated re-engagement workflows.

The ideal candidate:

Strong software engineering background with a focus on frontend technologies and a sharp product sense.
Proven interest in the business side of startups with experience launching or scaling digital products.
Analytical mindset comfortable using data tools like Datadog or Posthog to drive technical product decisions.
