This role is ideal for candidates who demonstrate reliability strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow precise processing instructions within a time-sensitive operation.
Position Overview
The Custom Insert Associate supports high-volume mailing operations involving confidential banking and insurance documentation. Accuracy compliance and productivity are essential as this work directly impacts client service-level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process banking and insurance documents for distribution via USPS FedEx UPS and specialty courier services
- Read and interpret detailed work orders and production instructions
- Break down documents using human-readable barcodes to identify correct mailing segmentation
- Fold and insert documents into various envelope types and packaging formats including boxed shipments
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure document integrity and accuracy
- Reconcile package counts to the provided volumes to maintain 100 percent accuracy standards
- Lift and move boxes or mail trays weighing up to 20 to 40 pounds
- Follow shift priorities and SLA guidelines as directed by leadership
- Sit or stand for extended periods in a production environment
- Complete additional operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
