Major Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders on strategic workforce planning succession and talent development to build strong future-ready teams.

• Partner with our Global Centers of Excellence to bring HR programs to lifeensuring theyre not just implemented but impactful.

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations leadership coaching and organizational effectiveness.

• Navigate complex workplace matters including investigations progressive discipline and terminations with professionalism and empathy.

• Act as a key liaison with Union Business Representatives supporting a collaborative and respectful work environment.

• Design and support career development plans identify training needs and help foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Lead the execution of core HR programs like compensation planning performance management and talent reviews.

• Be a change champion helping teams adapt and thrive through transformation.

• Communicate HR initiatives clearly and consistently ensuring employees feel informed supported and engaged.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Labour Relations or a related field.

• 5 years of HR generalist experience ideally in a unionized industrial environment.

• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is an asset).

• CPHR designation or progress toward completion is preferred.

• Strong analytical communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to influence coach and drive change across all levels of the organization.
