Job Summary

About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to strengthen our team in this role you will be responsible for performing batch release activities inspections and documentation support to ensure strict compliance within our medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities On-site

  • Perform comprehensive batch release activities including sterilization release issuance of CoC/CoA and accurate management of batch paperwork.
  • Conduct start-up in-process incoming and final release inspections or testing of products and components while accurately documenting results and tracking process trends.
  • Support the generation and management of quality documentation including NCMR SCAR customer complaints CAPA and document control updates on the production floor.
  • Act as the first point of contact for in-line quality queries perform internal audits and environmental monitoring and assist in training and supporting Quality Inspectors.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to manage material disposal and work cross-functionally to support validation engineering changes and new product introduction projects.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Level 6 degree or equivalent is required; a Level 7 degree in a Science or Engineering discipline is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a medical device environment with knowledge of GMP/GDP and relevant quality inspector or QC experience being an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow oral and written directions understand testing requirements and prepare accurate reports.
  • Excellent laboratory analytical and problem-solving skills combined with good verbal communication and technical writing abilities.
  • Adaptive mindset with the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
