What This Job Involves

This role leads the product strategy and execution for JLLs Lease Abstraction Enterprise Platform (LEAP) a business platform that elevates lease abstraction and data management into a strategic enterprise capability. LEAP combines standardized processes expert talent advanced technology and alignment with JLLs enterprise data strategy to create a scalable service foundation that enables business lines to focus on high-value client activities while ensuring consistent reliable lease data across the organization.

As Senior Product Manager you will own the product roadmap and drive platform maturity from its current operational baseline toward an optimized enterprise-scale abstraction capability. You will partner with operations data science engineering and business line stakeholders to increase adoption improve AI-assisted abstraction accuracy and deliver measurable efficiency gains. This role requires balancing near-term operational improvements with a longer-term vision for self-service capabilities and intelligent automation.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Own and prioritize the LEAP product roadmap and backlog in partnership with operations leadership JBS (JLL Business Services) and business line stakeholders

Drive platform adoption across business lines by identifying barriers aligning stakeholders and building the business case for migration onto the common platform

Partner with data science and engineering teams to improve AI abstraction accuracy (targeting >85% first-pass yield) define model performance requirements and validate outputs

Translate complex lease abstraction and data management workflows into clear product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria

Establish and monitor KPIs including adoption rates average handling time (AHT) abstraction accuracy and downstream data quality metrics

Lead stakeholder engagements with operations leaders to align on transformation milestones capacity planning and optimization priorities

Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Platform team to ensure LEAP outputs align with JLLs enterprise data strategy and downstream consumption requirements

Drive change management efforts to support onboarding of new business lines and ensure smooth transitions from siloed abstraction workflows to the centralized platform

Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value running sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives with cross-functional teams

Prepare progress reports for senior leadership on adoption milestones efficiency gains and platform performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field

510 years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of enterprise platforms or operational technology products

Proven experience working with Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban) and managing product backlogs in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

Strong understanding of business process analysis workflow optimization and the ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements

Experience defining and tracking product KPIs success metrics and ROI for technology initiatives

Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and change management across multiple business units or stakeholder groups

Experience with data products analytics platforms or reporting tools ability to define requirements for dashboards and data visualization

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead without authority and build consensus across cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and documentation skills including business requirement documents product specs and executive-level reporting

Comfort operating in a matrixed organization with competing priorities across business lines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial real estate lease administration or facilities management operations

Understanding of lease abstraction processes and related data workflows (e.g. amendments downstream data entry)

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as applied to document processing including NLP OCR and structured data extraction sufficient to evaluate model outputs and partner effectively with data science teams

Understanding of agentic AI capabilities and how autonomous multi-step AI workflows can transform service delivery and product experiences

Experience evaluating and integrating AI-powered tools into operational workflows with a focus on practical accuracy benchmarks human-in-the-loop validation and scalable adoption

Background in enterprise data strategy data quality and data governance principles

Experience building or scaling centralized shared-services or platform-as-a-service models across a large organization

Familiarity with training knowledge transfer and user enablement programs to support platform adoption

Experience with capacity planning workforce optimization or operational efficiency measurement
