Plan de formación propuesto

El área deMarketing en Hematologíatiene como misión apoyar la planificación estratégica y la implementación de iniciativas formativas y científicas relacionadas con productos del área terapéutica hematológica. El departamento colabora de forma transversal con equipos médicos regulatorios y de acceso al mercado garantizando siempre el cumplimiento del entorno legal del sector farmacéutico.

Objetivos Formativos Programa CITIUS:

Durante su estancia formativa la persona participante desarrollará competencias alineadas con las asignaturas y el enfoque académico del Programa CITIUS (estrategia empresarial marketing entorno legal habilidades profesionales y herramientas de gestión):

Aplicación del Conocimiento Académico

Formarse en la elaboración y actualización de materiales promocionales y científicos bajo supervisión.
Aprender a estructurar planes estratégicos de marketing en el área de hematología.
Comprender el posicionamiento de productos y tratamientos en el entorno sanitario.

Gestión Empresarial y Presupuestaria

Adquirir conocimientos sobre el seguimiento del presupuesto promocional.
Aprender a interpretar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) en marketing farmacéutico.

Normativa y Entorno Legal

Conocer la legislación y los códigos de buenas prácticas aplicables al sector farmacéutico.
Formarse en la revisión de materiales conforme a los procedimientos internos y regulatorios.

Competencias Digitales

Aprender el uso de herramientas digitales y tecnológicas aplicadas al marketing.
Desarrollar habilidades en Excel y PowerPoint para análisis y presentaciones estratégicas.

Desarrollo de Competencias Transversales

Potenciar habilidades de trabajo en equipo en entornos multidisciplinares.
Fortalecer la comunicación profesional en español e inglés.
Fomentar la proactividad la planificación y la orientación a objetivos formativos.

Conocimiento Científico en Hematología

Profundizar en las principales patologías hematológicas y sus abordajes terapéuticos.
Comprender el impacto clínico y estratégico de los tratamientos en el mercado farmacéutico.

Requisitos Básicos:

Grado en Farmacia Biotecnología Grado en Química Grado en Biología o cualquier otra carrera similar de Ciencias de la Salud.
Nivel C1 de inglés
