Job Summary

Inventa is a leader in the design creation and execution of innovative brand experiences from large scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 29th year we are at the forefront in the experiential marketing and event space.

We are searching for a team of experienced Brand Ambassadors and a Supervisor to head a recycling forward activation in the province of Ontario! This team will be travelling to different cities to speak to community members about the Blue Box transition happening in Ontario/New Brunswick/Nova Scotia and best recycling practices within their ability to communicate in both English and French is considered an asset but not required.

To excel in this role you will have excellent communication and networking skills in addition to having open availability on for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired as well as experience with customer service and public relations.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with the companys mission vision and goals.
Educating and interacting with customers retailers and distributors about our products.
Assist team with set up and tear down of footprint and assets
Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the client service department.
Tracking customer preferences metrics and media campaigns.
Meet physical demands andbe able tolift upto 50 lbs and perform physical setup tasks asrequired.
Representing the company at product launches events and trade shows.
Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Providing Supervisor with highlights and comments to contribute to final report

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

Drivers license and access to vehicle is considered a prioritized asset
Comfortable and experienced driving 1 ton truck (16 ft box truck)is considered a prioritized asset
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly approachable and outgoing personality.
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to drive & open to travel.
Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Training:

Ontario One day training between March 2nd 8th 2026

Activation Date range and locations:

Ontario March 19th -Oct 5th 2026

Payrate:

$26/hr
