The Role

Youll play a key role in advancing ABCs digital transformation by delivering workplace solutions that enhance productivity and improve end-user experience. Working closely with IT teams business stakeholders and vendors youll implement and optimise tools and workflows that align with ABCs strategic objectives and enable more effective ways of working.

Youll assess digital literacy and user readiness to shape targeted adoption and change strategies designing engaging training and accessible resources to support diverse learning needs. Through ongoing coaching and responsive support youll resolve issues gather feedback and continuously refine solutions to maximise value.

At the same time youll champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as automation AI-driven tools and advanced analytics to build a digitally confident workforce and a culture that embraces continuous improvement.

Position Description: END USER EXPERIENCE ADOPTION

About You

  • Proven ability to plan design and implement strategies that drive sustainable adoption of new technologies and systems including emerging tools such as AI-driven solutions and automation.
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience with collaboration and productivity platforms including Microsoft 365 (Office Teams SharePoint) ServiceNow Windows 11 and MacOS.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of change management principles (eg PROSCI ADKAR) to support smooth transitions to new ways of working.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders across all levels manage expectations and foster collaboration throughout IT adoption initiatives.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering training and support programs tailored to diverse user needs and learning styles leveraging modern enablement techniques.
  • Ability to monitor evaluate and report on adoption outcomes identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical and adoption challenges.
  • Advanced organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage priorities independently or within a team environment.
