Get to Know the Role

As a member of the Grab Legal team you will play a key role in safeguarding our interests through analysis and legal governance. Youll be an invaluable asset in providing legal guidance to support business strategies and operations across multiple regions. You will report to General Counsel - Thailand and work onsite at the Grab Bangkok office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will negotiate draft and review commercial agreements to ensure they align with Grabs business objectives.
• You will provide comprehensive legal advice and practical solutions across different laws balancing business strategies and commercial needs with legal requirements and risks.
• You will ensure compliance of Grabs products services and projects with applicable laws.
• You will raise awareness of relevant legal compliance among Grabbers and promote best practices in contract and legal risk management.
• You will collaborate with teams both within the legal department and across other departments at local and regional levels.
• You will supervise and coordinate with external counsel on dispute resolution matters.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in law from a university with a lawyers license issued by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the legal field with a reputable law firm or multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws regulatory compliance commercial contracts and dispute resolution.
• Proficient in both English and Thai including legal terminology.
• Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with effective multitasking and time management abilities.
• A team player who can also work independently.
