Job Summary
Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator in our National Security Sectors (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). Responsibilities Include
- Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager overseeing deliverable tracking schedules and action item management.
- Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with government customers internal leadership and vendor partners.
- Prepare technical briefs meeting minutes and executive-level presentations track submission of program deliverables.
- Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and vendor/partner engagements.
- Conduct requirements analysis assist with resource allocation labor forecasting and financial/schedule monitoring.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues; provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet them.
- Manage project documentation and shared repositories using tools such as SharePoint Confluence and Jira.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related discipline.
- In lieu of a degree an additional four (4) years of relevant experience (8 years total) may be substituted.
- Four (4) years of experience supporting large-scale programs ($5M annually) coordinating requirements resources funding personnel and schedules.
- Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the Intelligence Community or signals intelligence activities.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Confluence and Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65650.00 - $118675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
