About the role
Our Enterprise B2B organization is a fast-growing part of less than two years it has grown to more than 100 colleagues across multiple countriesand we continue to expand.
Were looking for a Senior Recruiter to support this this role youll own full-cycle hiring for enterprise sales and support roles across our international locations. Youll work closely with hiring managers contribute to hiring strategy and help ensure a thoughtful and positive experience for every candidate.
This role combines hands-on recruiting with the opportunity to help shape processes and practices in a growing organization.
What youll do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and support roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements hiring strategies and timelines
- Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets
- Ensure a consistent positive and inclusive candidate experience
- Help improve recruiting processes tools and ways of working
- Contribute market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
Wed like you to have
- Proven experience recruiting for business or go-to-market roles (such as Sales Business Development Customer Engineering or Customer Success)
- Experience hiring across international markets ideally within Europe
- Familiarity with European talent markets (for example the Netherlands Germany Poland or similar)
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates proactively
- The ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional proficiency in English
