Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to design build and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across our international clients HR ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR processes and hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM modules ensuring the platform meets business needs and runs smoothly.
Qualifications :
Must have :
- 14 years of experience in Oracle HCM development
- Good understanding of HR processes and data models
- Ability to analyze and solve technical issues independently
- Agile methodology
- French C1 / English B2
Nice to have:
- SQL (good understanding of queries and data structures)
Additional Information :
This is a French speaking role with close ties to teams in Paris and working from 8:00 to 17:00.
