GENERAL SUMMARY
This positions responsibilities are to provide a variety of support to the Technology Services and Finance departments including; asset tracking receiving & checking in barcoding and preparing technology items for distribution to and collect from school district sites. Responsibilities include inventory support device barcoding and distribution as well as database maintenance in compliance with district asset audit standard. Other responsibilities include processing and receiving orders maintain proper inventory levels and delivering parts and supplies to field technicians.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Maintains current and verifies inventory of all supplies parts and devices in the technology warehouse and parts supply room.
2. Receives technology equipment and supplies delivered to warehouse and/or various locations throughout the school district. Verifies accuracy of received equipment against packing slips and purchase orders.
3. Restocks Technology warehouse and parts supplies room.
4. Verifies paperwork for accuracy and inputs barcode and asset data into respective databases.
5. Performs spot checks and internal audits to verify asset inventory and documentation accuracy.
6. Delivers parts and supplies to various locations throughout the district.
7. Maintains and monitors primary asset inventory database.
8. Schedules coordinates and manages the physical count process through yearly and /or ad-hoc inventory checks.
9. Manages asset databases including Destiny Asset Manager and Filemaker Pro database.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
10. Coordinates and provides training on Asset Manager Module in Destiny.
11. Creates tracks and manages the badge process for new and existing employees.
12. Assist other departments (Business Finance and Accounting) to create asset processes.

MENTAL DEMANDS
Required to meet inflexible deadlines; requires visible concentration; exposed to visual display terminal for prolonged periods; may experience frequent interruptions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasionally required to lift move or carry heavy shipped items weighing more than twenty (20) pounds; exposed to visual display terminal for prolonged periods.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
High school graduation or equivalent and one (1) year clerical warehouse or distribution experience; experience with equipment procurement and asset/inventory auditing preferred. Experience with detailed records maintenance and purchasing preferred.
Allowable Substitutions
Advanced training in business or secretarial procedures may substitute on a month-for-month basis for up to one (1) year of the required experience; and such other alternatives to the above qualifications that the district may find appropriate and acceptable.

Licenses/Special Requirements
Requires fingerprinting and background check to determine that there have been no convictions involving physical molestation abuse injury or neglect of a minor. Must complete training in and adhere to district infection control plan. Valid Washington state drivers license and a good driving record.
