Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical
Location: Kansas City Missouri
Shifts Available: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $30.04 $41.50 per hour (Based on experience)
Compensation & Benefits
Sign-On Bonus (2-Year Commitment):
Nights: $30000
Days: $10000
Shift Differentials:
$4.00/hour Nights
$4.00/hour Weekends
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in accordance with established standards and protocols
Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
Provide direct patient care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within scope of practice
Deliver patient and family education tailored to age culture and clinical condition
Perform specialized monitoring and care for post-surgical vascular and urology patients
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required (experience does not need to be recent)
Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
Licensure: Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license
Certification: BLS required upon hire
