Description

As aSr Materials Management Analyst hereyou will oversee and direct operations and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. This role will focus on the Engines Site Commercial products to ensure material flow into Manufacturing that allows the business to meet/or exceed manufacturing and financial targets. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity quality and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Director ISC Operations and work on a hybrid work schedule at our Phoenix Arizona location (111 S 34thSt. Phoenix 85034). Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and execute new initiatives
  • Ability to identify and execute process improvement changes
  • Influence functional stakeholders
  • Process optimization and improvement
  • Support Integrated Supply Chain sites
  • Work with the factory team support to manage risk
  • Identify supply and demand miss-alignment within a 13-week window
  • Lead projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams
  • Monitor inventory levels of components required to support the schedule
  • Perform data analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Assist in resolution of component quality issues


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 6 years of Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain Customer Engagement experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
