Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is a busy high-volume dealership seeking an experienced motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our performance-driven team.
COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
- $70000 $140000 annual earning potential

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers at their vehicles
- Write and close repair orders
- Present and explain maintenance & manufacturer recommendations
- Ethically and effectively sell needed services
- Follow up on declined repairs
- Maintain strong CSI performance
- Coordinate with technicians to manage workflow
- Set proper promise times and maintain communication with customers
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Dealership experience REQUIRED
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Ability to excel in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of gross production
- Professional communication and appearance
- Experience with AutoMate XTime or similar systems preferred
