Job Summary

Exam Invigilators

Temporary Senior School Voorschoten

Our Examinations Office is looking for assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Senior School (internal/external) internal examinations take place throughout the school year and the external Summer examinations take place from April and continue to the end of June.

Candidates must be able to commit to full days or part days (morning/afternoon) and be able to start as early as 08:15 for the morning sessions and/or work until 17:30 for the afternoon sessions during these examination periods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise candidates throughout the whole exam giving full attention

  • Ensure that candidates are issued with the correct examination papers

  • Ensure that candidates conform to examination requirements

  • Ensure that the exams are carried out according to the relevant regulatory requirements

We are looking for:

  • Well organised patient and punctual candidates who are able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Candidates with accuracy attention to detail and excellent IT skills.

  • The ability to keep calm under pressure and to stand for long periods of time.

  • Previous experience of working as an Exam Invigilator or in an educational setting.

  • Candidates who are able to attend two training sessions (in March and December).

Successful candidates will receive a zero hour flex first mandatory training session will take place on Monday 30 March 2026 (09:15-10:45).
