About the role
Our Foundations for Familiessupports young parents to build and develop positive relationships with their children.
With the right support parents learn how to manage daily life in a way that works for them and their child and to broaden community connections.
As a Case Manager you will work closely with young parents and their families providing tailored engagement and support. You will complete initial assessments to identify family strengths and needs and develop case plans that build on resilience. Using evidenceinformed practice you will collaborate with partner services and empower families to address risks and shape positive future outcomes.

Skills and experience
Essential to have at least 3 years experience in case work supporting vulnerable families who have experienced attachment disruption and/or trauma.
Must have a solid understanding ofor engaging with families from an attachment focus perspective
A solid understanding of all areas of early childhood development such as physical social and emotional development.
Sound understanding and experience in supporting families with routines nutrition and positive parenting practices.
Strong background in delivering Child Protection services to vulnerable families.
Excellent IT skills and ability to use technology in service delivery.
Ability to work unsupervised and remotely.
High level of professional accountability and integrity and a belief that every parent has potential.
A relevant degree qualification and current drivers licence.
