The Role
As Programme Administrator you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a
foundational role intended for a high-potential individual who wants to participate in the inner
workings of a scaling organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Administration: Proactively manage calendars ensuring leadership is prepared briefed and on time for all engagements.
- Strategic Correspondence: Act as a primary point of contact; drafting professional internal and external communications and ensuring professional client correspondence.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure seamless execution across the team.
- Research & Special Projects: Conduct market research assist in workshop coordination and help implement new organisational tools and systems.
Candidate Profile

possess:

- Native-level fluency in English and Urdu with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
