Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our software and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and a keen eye for identifying and reporting bugs and issues. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans identifying and documenting defects and working closely with our development team to ensure a smooth and successful release of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software and applications

- Identify document and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery

- Conduct functional regression and performance testing

- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and testability

- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and processes

- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla

- Familiarity with programming languages and databases

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
