Role Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Reservation this fully remote role you will assist clients with researching coordinating reservations and ensuring every booking is processed accurately and efficiently.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing details providing helpful guidance and delivering a smooth client experience from travel inquiry to confirmation. No prior industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Research coordinate and confirm travel reservations for accommodations transportation and related services

Compare available options to align with client preferences and budget

Verify booking details and ensure all confirmations are accurate

Communicate professionally with clients via email phone and online platforms

Manage updates changes and service-related requests promptly

Maintain organized and detailed client records

Follow established booking procedures and service standards
