Role Overview
We are seeking motivated detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Client Onboarding this fully remote role you will guide new clients through the setup and coordination travel process ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.
This position is perfect for people who enjoy helping others managing multiple tasks and delivering outstanding service in a remote setting. No prior experience is required we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with onboarding and organizing personalized travel plans

Research compare and confirm arrangements using approved systems

Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

Communicate professionally via email phone and messaging platforms

Manage updates changes and client service inquiries promptly

Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation

Participate in training sessions team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer-focused with attention to detail and solid organizational abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
