Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications via email phone and online platforms

Oversee booking modifications updates and service-related matters with efficiency and professionalism

Ensure all confirmations and documentation are complete and accurate

Maintain detailed client records and organized reporting

Required Qualifications
