Job Summary
General Laborer Manufacturing & Fabrication
Are you a reliable individual with a strong work ethic looking to grow your career in a shop environment We are seeking a General Laborer for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Boyd TX.
In this role you will be a vital part of the production process ensuring that metal parts are prepped cleaned and staged for high-quality fabrication and machining operations.

Location: Boyd TX 76023
Pay Rate:$15.00 per hour (Firm)
Shift: 1st Shift (Fixed Schedule)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Required as needed
Core Responsibilities
Part Preparation: Wipe down and clean metal parts to remove debris oil dust and residue prior to machine processing.
Staging: Organize and prepare parts for fabrication and machining teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
Production Support: Assist with basic machine setup tasks and perform visual inspections of finished or in-process parts for quality control.
Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace in a team-oriented shop environment.
Requirements & Physical Demands
Experience: Previous manufacturing or shop experience is preferred but not required.
Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs stand for long periods and perform bending twisting and reaching tasks.
Environment: Comfortable working in an indoor shop environment with exposure to heat and cold.
Compliance: Must pass a public data background check and a 5-panel drug screen.
Safety: Strict adherence to safety protocols and the ability to hear alarms/safety warnings is required.
