Job Summary

Take the lead in delivering high-quality repairs that make a real difference to our customers homes. As a Repairs Delivery Lead at Amplius youll manage a team of trade operatives delivering responsive repairs ensuring every job is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard. Youll drive performance champion compliance and keep customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.


Salary: 44000 per year

Contract: Permanent full time

Your week: 36.25 hours Monday Friday 8.45am 5pm

Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes office.

This role will cover the Amplius South region including Bedfordshire Northamptonshire Buckinghamshire Oxfordshire Hertfordshire and nearby areas.

As part of the role you will take part in the on-call escalation rota outside of normal hours with a rate of 315.52 per week (Thursday Wednesday).

Snapshot of your role

  • Oversee the daily delivery of responsive repairs ensuring work orders are completed on time and services run smoothly across your patch.
  • Work in partnership with Works Planners to assign jobs effectively matching skills location and urgency through scheduling systems to maximise productivity.
  • Track and drive performance against key measures including first-time fix turnaround times and customer satisfaction taking action where improvements are needed.
  • Carry out post-inspection checks to ensure repairs meet quality expectations and comply with health and safety requirements building standards and internal policies.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns resolving complaints promptly and professionally while delivering high-quality repair solutions that strengthen trust and improve service outcomes.
  • Lead support and motivate trade operatives through strong day-to-day supervision structured workforce planning and talent development while participating in the out-of-hours emergency rota as escalation manager for the Amplius South region.

What were looking for

  • A building-related qualification or demonstrable experience within a relevant trade or property environment.
  • Proven experience managing teams within a responsive repairs or maintenance setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance services.
  • A solid understanding of compliance quality standards and safe working practices within property services.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a clear commitment to delivering excellent service outcomes.

A full UK driving license is essential for this role.

DBS clearance is required for this role.
