As a Working Student in Strategic Procurement you will:

• Actively contribute to the maintenance and optimization of master data in SAP ensuring data quality and consistency.

• Analyze existing datasets and regularly review the current data status.

• Support the identification and resolution of data inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with various specialist departments to understand and implement master data requirements.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as project managers.

• Contact suppliers regarding various inquiries track responses and prepare reports.
  

Your qualifications and competencies:

• You are studying Industrial Engineering Logistics Supply Chain Management or a comparable degree program.

• You have gained initial practical experience in procurement logistics supply chain management or a similar environment.

• You have very good MS Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

• You have initial experience working with SAP.

• You possess strong communication and analytical skills and work independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

• You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English skills.

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Strategischer Einkauf wirst du:
- aktiv an der Pflege und Optimierung von Stammdaten in SAP mitwirken und so die Datenqualität und -konsistenz sicherstellen.

- bestehende Datensätze analysieren und den aktuellen Datenstatus regelmäßig überprüfen.

- bei der Identifikation und Behebung von Dateninkonsistenzen unterstützen.

- mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammenarbeiten um Anforderungen an Stammdaten zu verstehen und umzusetzen.

- eng mit internen Stakeholdern wie Projektleiter:innen zusammenarbeiten.
- Lieferanten in diversen Fragestellungen anschreiben die Antworten nachhalten und Reports erstellen.

Deine Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen

- Du studierst Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Logistik Supply Chain Management oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.

- Du konntest erste praktische Erfahrungen im Einkauf in der Logistik im Supply Chain Management oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld sammeln.

- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint.

- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP.

- Du bringst ausgeprägte kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten mit und arbeitest selbstständig zielorientiert und strukturiert.

- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
