As an OR RN your role centers on surgical excellence and patient safety. Youll participate in adult and pediatric procedures assist the surgical team with instrument handling gowning and draping and ensure aseptic technique throughout all phases of the operation. Your duties will include preoperative assessments accurate documentation scrub and circulating support and efficient room turnover to maintain OR readiness.
