Job Summary
The exciting opportunity
- Permanent full time role working across designated homes in NSW and ACT
- Conduct dietetics assessments and develop and implement individualised care plans
- Liaise with the Food Service teams to assist in developing menu options for residents individual needs
- Provide expert advice on nutrition-related risks deficiencies and corrective actions
- Be involved with continuous improvement initiatives to ensure best practice operations
- Design and deliver nutrition and hydration education programs for staff and external stakeholders

About you
- Tertiary qualified in Dietetics and registered as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Dietitian with clinical experience in an acute or aged care setting
- Willing to travel to homes across metro and regional NSW and Canberra as required
- Empathetic flexible resilient conscientious with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and unlimited working rights in Australia
