Project Manager Commercialization & Customer Programs
Location: Auburn WA Onsite/Hybrid Relocation considered for exceptional candidates

Role Overview
Formula Corp is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex customer and internal commercialization initiatives across our commercial portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Sales R&D Operations Procurement Quality and Supply Chain and plays a critical role in ensuring customer programs move forward with clarity urgency and accountability.
This is not a passive project tracking role. We are looking for someone who can actively drive outcomes challenge gaps create process where needed and ensure commitments are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for customer programs including new product development line extensions transitions and process improvements
- Own project timelines milestones risks and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Drive accountability across internal stakeholders even when formal processes are still evolving
- Translate customer requirements into clear internal execution plans
- Proactively identify risks bottlenecks and dependencies and drive resolution
- Develop and refine commercialization and project management processes as the business scales
- Serve as a central point of communication for project status escalation and alignment
- Support the commercial organization in ensuring customer commitments are met on time and in full
Skills & Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or CPG environment
- Proven experience leading cross-functional commercialization and new product development initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and influence across teams without relying solely on formal authority
- Strong process builder who can operate effectively in ambiguous fast-moving environments
- Comfortable building and managing timelines escalating risks and making trade-offs when needed
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between sales customer technical and operational teams
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic deadline-driven environment
- Strong technical aptitude with tools such as Microsoft Office project management software CRM systems and ERP platforms
